Picture Jasper
Nurturing, Stability, Connection with the Earth, Picture Jasper is nicknamed, “Global Awareness Stone”. It connects to the Root Chakra, and lends wisdom and courage. It enlivens and awakens creativity and initiative and as such, is often used to overcome artist/writer’s block. It may be called Picture Jasper, because you can often see what appears to be landscape images within the striations and lines of the stone – perhaps this is what sparks the creative imagination?
